I’ve spent the past years inside premium creative businesses in London: at WatchHouse, from running the floor to creative design, and now as Operations Manager at Mount Street Printers in Mayfair.

I trained as an interior designer at the University of the Arts London, graduating with First Class Honours. The way I work still comes from there. I listen first, to the people, the space and the business, then build the structure that lets everything run.

Lea Tămășiloniu Studio is my consultancy. I help growing businesses see what’s holding them back, make a plan and put the structure in place to carry it through, and I plan and deliver the events that bring a brand to life. I’ve recently started an MBA, which adds a sharper commercial lens to the work.
